Destination: Titan and Arrival Titan

Leaving Earth Series 1
Destination: Titan

Blurb

With Earth destined for a new ice-age, seven scientists and twenty-two brilliant teenagers are gathered in a compound deep within a mountain. There they struggle to come together as a group and complete the projects needed for their survival in the inhospitable environment of Titan, one of Saturn’s moons.

However, certain factions on Earth have no intention of letting Project Einstein succeed. Keeping the group alive and productive is the hardest task Colonel Lancaster and his soldiers have ever had, but they are determined to succeed no matter how well the saboteurs have planned. The continuation of the human race depends upon it.

Leaving Earth Series 2
Arrival: Titan

Blurb

Dangers continue even as the crew of soldiers, scientists, and brilliant teens quantum leap to space near Titan.

Captain Drake has his own agenda, and it doesn’t include Colonel Lancaster, or the students being alive for much longer. Fortunately, the scientists and students are a formidable group to go against. The attempted takeover is stopped with only one death.

When Scarlett lands the ship on the north pole near the methane lake, they discover several sentient life forms. In short time, they also learn that the moon, Pan, is actually a ship called the Death Star, mining minerals in the outer rings of Saturn. Even more shocking—Jupiter is not a planet either, but a disguised ‘eye in the sky’ watching over the mining interests of a superior sentient planet.

Meet the team:

This is Colonel Lancaster.
He is in charge of the mission. Do NOT disobey him!

This is Tamara.
Lancaster was warned she would be his biggest trouble, but in fact, she turns out to be the soul of their group. Without her, the mission would have failed.

This was the best shot of Max that I could find. He's almost always pissed off. He believes he's the most brilliant and important person on this mission. He's not, but he'll bite your head off if you suggest that maybe the teens are actually smarter than him.

And here are the teens.
They are a bit crazed at first. Not surprising since half of the thought they had been kidnapped, and none of them like be tasered.
Tamara is like a "Teen Whisper" and soon has them settled down. And they all turn out to be brilliant and why the mission succeeds.

Tamara also cajoled Many of the scientists in line, as well.

David is a computer genius.  He and Victor once worked on a project together, only none of the reports could understand what Victor was saying, so they only talked to David. This creates a rift between the two, which Tamara soothes over, so they work together to make the finest AI that has ever been created. Scarlett is not just brilliant, but she displays emotions as well, thanks to Victor.

Here's Scarlett. She has a sense of humor as well.
This is Bruce. He's considered to be the finest doctor in the World. He also knows the best Jokes.
The Second best doctor is Sandy.
She and Bruce get along very well.

Then there are the troublemakers
Not everyone involved in this mission wants it to succeed.  The council in charge of this mission does NOT want it to succeed. They say they do, but they've all been paid under the table to ensure the other group, not this group succeeds. They believe they'll succeed in destroying this mission by creating 15 unique sabotages to destroy the mission.
They've booby-trapped the underground compound.
They've hired assassins to kill everyone,

They have a plan to kick out Colonel Lancaster,

And they have multiple bought and paid for people within the Colonel's men and woman and also with the scientists and others in the compound.

Not to mention every single member on the council has been bought by someone. The head of the council is being paid off by so many people,
he can't even keep track of them all.
