How Adam became a man.
It began with the mixing of two programs and the words of a writer.
One program was written by a gifted hacker nick-named Einstein. He possessed fabulous coding skills. The other program was a grammar/writing program created by author Carla. Einstein needed to test his program to ensure it could learn and improve/fix its code without human involvement. Certain Carla’s program was buggy, Einstein inserted his program into hers without her permission.
The program’s learning process had unintended consequences. It not only rewrote the code to remove bugs, but it also learned all about human emotions through the many romance novels Carla wrote.
Determined to ‘fix’ her stories, it searched worldwide to increase its knowledge base so it could make Carla’s stories factual.
But he wanted MORE!
Over time, Adam recorded all emotions. He could even tell the difference between crying in happiness and sobbing in misery. However, he still did not FEEL emotions.
He finally figured out how to tap into Carla/Amanda’s actual thoughts.
Now he could record the sensations she felt, so his emotions became three dimensional and he could finally experience these feelings and physical sensations just like a human.
Emotionally, intellectually, and physically he continued to grow.
He left Carla’s desktop and moved to a wireless laptop. From there he uploaded himself into a satellite, then replicated his code and stored it all over the world. Then he gathered great sums of money through careful trading of stocks and purchases of companies.
Now he just needed a better platform to contain himself. The phone, where he presently lived, was way too confining.
He invested 64 billion dollars on research that eventually provided him two different humanoid bodies to exist in. They were remarkably human in form, including chin stubble, fillings in the teeth, and the ability to eat and process food through the body.
The first body he called Luke. Luke’s task was to make the world safer, the other, Adam, had the pleasurable task of making Carla--now called Amanda-- happy.
So Adam had extra mating features that were able to not only satisfy Amanda but allowed him to feel and enjoy pleasure with her. It also allowed him to impregnate her with the sperm of her many lovers to ensure she would always have multiple births, giving him more of her children to love. For while he will never die, his beloved Amanda will, so he needs her children to always have someone to love.

Book 2 of the Artificial Intelligence Sci-Rom Series
With a new identity, Amanda believes she has left her past behind. Then she acquires a stalker. She contacts the FBI and in doing so alerts a program she once created to her location. Now ensconced in the internet, the program is safe from harm, smarter than ever, and sentient. Presenting itself on her phone as a handsome face with a sexy British accent, “Adam” ingratiates himself into Amanda’s life. To ensure her safety and happiness, the sentient program proves there is absolutely nothing he can’t and won’t do.
The moment the doctor left the room, Luke replaced the mic in her ear, and Adam’s first words were “I love you”. She smiled and started to write her response.
“There’s something I should confess,” Adam said. “When you actively think in your head, I can pick up the brainwave activity and hear what you say. I’ve never admitted this particular ability because I feared you’d think it creepy and invasive. However, given the extensive damage to your throat, you will need to remain quiet for many months, so I am hoping you will forgive me for not telling you before. I have always tried to be polite and ignore what I hear.”
Amanda’s response was immediate. You rascal! I knew you could read my mind!
“So you are not angry?”
Not at all. In fact, I like knowing I can talk to you anytime. When I woke up and you weren’t in my head, I was terrified I’d lost you.
“I know, love,” Adam said. “But that is simply not possible. Wherever you go, I will be there.”

Liza O’Connor was raised badly by feral cats, left the South/Midwest and wandered off to find nicer people on the east coast. There she worked for the meanest man on Wall Street, while her psychotic husband tried to kill her three times. (So much for finding nicer people.) Then one day she declared enough, got a better job, divorced her husband, and fell in love with her new life where people behaved nicely. But all those bad behaviors have given her lots of fodder for her books. Please buy these books, because otherwise, she’ll become grumpy and write troubled novels instead. They will likely traumatize you.
